Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or assistant management experience in a food service or retail setting
- Exposure to profit and loss management, preferably within a quick-service restaurant environment
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to assist with closing procedures at least two evenings per week
- Capable of lifting, carrying, stacking, pushing, or pulling moderately heavy objects

Job Duties
- Actively participate in internal leadership development program
- Support profitability by adhering to cash handling and security protocols
- Manage inventory levels and conduct bi-weekly accurate inventory counts
- Optimize labor costs and analyze financial reports to implement corrective actions
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of team members, shift managers, and assistant restaurant managers
- Provide coaching and training to all team members ensuring operational excellence
- Maintain high cleanliness standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly service and quality products
- Maintain ability to stand and walk consistently throughout shifts
- Safely navigate confined spaces and operate various restaurant equipment
