Job Duties
- assist the Restaurant General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- lead and motivate restaurant team members
- ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- manage inventory and ordering to control costs
- deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- support hiring, training, and development of staff
- contribute to meeting sales and profitability targets
