Job Duties
- assist the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations
- lead and motivate the restaurant team to ensure high performance
- maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
- manage staff scheduling and training
- oversee restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- contribute to achieving business sales and profitability targets
