Job Duties

  • assist the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations
  • lead and motivate the restaurant team to ensure high performance
  • maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • manage staff scheduling and training
  • oversee restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
  • contribute to achieving business sales and profitability targets
