Job Duties
- support the Restaurant General Manager in day-to-day operations
- ensure excellent customer service and maintain high quality of food and service standards
- lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve performance goals
- maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
- assist in managing inventory, cash handling, and restaurant financials
- uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
- resolve customer inquiries and manage any issues promptly
