Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
- assist in managing daily restaurant operations including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling
- uphold KFC's quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals
- foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
- participate in staff training and development activities
