Job Duties
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Drive sales growth by focusing on customer satisfaction and business development
- Handle administrative tasks including deposits and inventory control
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff
