Job Duties

  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Drive sales growth by focusing on customer satisfaction and business development
  • Handle administrative tasks including deposits and inventory control
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff
