Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication skills

- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
- Strong merchandising and product presentation skills

- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
- Support store operations including cash handling and inventory management
- Manage inventory and assist in merchandising products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with management team to ensure smooth store operations
