Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- must be ServSafe Alcohol Certified
- minimum one year high-level restaurant management experience preferred
- probationary training period of 90 days under GM supervision
- knowledge of computers MS Word and Excel
- must exhibit professionalism, positivity and execute profitability
- leadership skills with focus on problem solving
- self-discipline, initiative, pleasant and polite manner
- ability to motivate employees as a team
- capable of handling multiple tasks and pressures
- good communication skills
- knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and emergency rules
- ability to speak, read and understand English
- free of communicable diseases
- pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and criminal background check
- at least 18 years old
- eligible to work in the US and provide proof
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification
- minimum one year high-level restaurant management experience preferred
- knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- proficiency in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
- strong leadership skills with ability to promote problem solving and progressive thinking
- excellent communication skills
- effective time management
- ability to coordinate food, beverage, and labor costs
- knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures
- ability to speak, read, and understand English
- professional and neat appearance
Job Duties
- Lead by example with positivity and professionalism
- ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- provide exemplary guest service
- manage employee performance and schedules
- document and administer corrective actions
- order products and manage inventory
- make management-level decisions regarding labor and operational costs
- maintain responsibility for restaurant keys, monies, and vault
- conduct facility walkthroughs and address maintenance needs
- investigate and resolve guest complaints
- enforce sanitary food handling and cleanliness standards
- oversee staff training according to ServSafe
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- promote teamwork and motivate employees
- complete accident reports and report safety concerns promptly
- support the management team and general manager
- participate in meetings and training
- perform other duties as assigned
