Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification
- minimum one year high-level restaurant management experience preferred
- probationary training period of 90 days under direct supervision of General Manager
- knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- professionalism and positive attitude
- leadership skills with problem-solving ability
- self-discipline, initiative, and pleasant manner
- ability to motivate team and maintain operational standards
- ability to handle multiple tasks and solve restaurant problems
- good communication skills
- knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and emergency regulations
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- free from communicable disease
- pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and criminal background check
- minimum age of 18 years
- eligibility to work in the United States with proof
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification
- minimum one year of high-level restaurant management experience preferred
- proficient in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
- strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures
- computer skills including MS Word and Excel preferred
- ability to speak, read, and understand English effectively
Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations and collaborate with management and General Manager
- manage facility maintenance and grounds upkeep
- increase sales through superior guest and employee care
- conduct sincere guest table visits and gather feedback
- investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
- set and implement restaurant goals alongside General Manager
- enforce high standards for food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness
- maintain professional appearance and restaurant image
- train staff following ServSafe guidelines
- ensure a safe working environment and promptly report accidents
- provide employee direction including corrective actions and performance reviews
- perform other assigned duties as needed
