Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- must be sersafe alcohol certified
- minimum of one year high-level restaurant management experience preferred
- probationary training period under supervision of general manager for 90 days
- knowledge of computers (ms word, excel)
- must exhibit professionalism and positivity
- must have leadership skills and promote progressive thinking and problem solving
- self-discipline, initiative, outgoing, pleasant, polite manner, and neat/clean appearance
- ability to motivate employees
- must be able to handle simultaneous coordination of multiple activities
- must possess good communication skills
- knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures
- must speak, read and understand English
- must be free of communicable disease
- must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be eligible to work in the United States and provide proof upon hire

Job Duties
- oversee and manage all areas of the daily restaurant operations and make general decisions on matters of importance with the Management Team and General Manager
- assist in oversight of all facility needs, grounds needs and maintenance needs on a daily basis
- increase sales by taking care of guests and manage labor by taking care of employees
- conduct table visits, be sincere and ask guests specific questions to gain honest feedback
- investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
- set goals and implement processes that support the success of the restaurant
- ensure consistent high quality of food handling and service
