Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • ServSafe Alcohol Certified
  • Minimum one year high-level restaurant management experience preferred
  • Probationary training period of 90 days under direct supervision
  • Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
  • Proficient in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies, personnel management, recordkeeping and reporting
  • Professionalism, positivity and ability to execute profitability
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Self-discipline, initiative, pleasant and polite manner
  • Ability to motivate employees to ensure food and service standards
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation and emergency procedures
  • Must speak, read and understand English
  • Free of communicable diseases
  • Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and criminal background check
  • Minimum age 18
  • Eligible to work in the United States and provide proof upon hire

Job Duties

  • Lead by example with positivity, professionalism and profitability
  • Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Provide exemplary guest service
  • Manage employee performance and schedules
  • Document and give corrective actions
  • Place orders for product inventory
  • Make management level decisions including labor cost adjustments and sending employees home
  • Oversee security of restaurant keys, monies and vault
