Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old for liquor sales
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk frequently and perform occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Valid Food Handler Certificate in compliance with state and local regulations upon hire or within 30 days
- Effective cash handling skills
- Must be proactive and enthusiastic in engaging guests
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to organize and merchandise products effectively
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Comfortable interacting with guests of all ages
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- Organize and present products to catch guests' attention with effective merchandising techniques
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies during all operations
