Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old for liquor sales
- Flexible availability including morning and evening shifts
- Valid Food Handler Certificate required upon hire or within 30 days of start date
- Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
- Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior retail supervisory experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
- Strong merchandising skills with an eye for product presentation
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages
- Valid Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire

- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- Assist in merchandising by organizing and presenting products attractively to catch guests' attention
- Help with opening and closing procedures as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
- Comply with all company policies and local health and safety regulations
