Job Requirements
- Previous experience in barista, food service, or retail preferred
- passion for coffee and guest service
- ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- friendly and outgoing demeanor
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- commitment to food safety standards
- willingness to obtain food handler's card if not already certified
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista, food service or retail experience preferred
- passion for coffee and guest service
- interest in learning about specialty beverages
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- positive and collaborative attitude
- knowledge of food safety standards preferred
Job Duties
- Craft quality beverages and food offerings
- deliver guest service by creating warm, welcoming interactions
- support marketplace operations including maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
- engage guests by sharing knowledge of coffee and food items
- assist with cashiering, stocking, and store readiness
- collaborate with team and leadership to achieve sales and service goals
- support merchandising by presenting products appealingly
