Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or retail preferred
- Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
- Capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to follow health department standards and food safety protocols
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista, food service, or retail experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and guest service
- Friendly and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Positive and collaborative team player
- Basic cashiering and merchandising skills
Job Duties
- Craft quality beverages and food offerings
- Deliver guest service by creating warm, welcoming interactions with guests
- Support marketplace operations by maintaining cleanliness and following food safety standards
- Engage guests by sharing knowledge of coffee, food items, and marketplace products
- Provide operational support including cashiering, stocking, and keeping the store guest-ready
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve service and sales goals
- Assist with merchandising by presenting food, beverage, and retail products appealingly
