Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
enthusiasm for coffee and customer service
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
capacity to lift up to 40 pounds
flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
commitment to food safety and sanitation protocols
willingness to obtain food handler's card if not already possessed

Job Qualifications

Previous barista, food service, or retail experience preferred
passion for coffee and guest service
friendly and outgoing personality
knowledge of specialty coffee and beverages
effective communication skills
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
positive and collaborative team player

Job Duties

Craft quality beverages and food offerings
deliver guest service
support marketplace operations
engage guests with product knowledge
provide operational support including cashiering and stocking
collaborate with team members and leadership to meet goals
assist with merchandising and product presentation
