Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- enthusiasm for coffee and customer service
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capacity to lift up to 40 pounds
- flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to food safety and sanitation protocols
- willingness to obtain food handler's card if not already possessed
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista, food service, or retail experience preferred
- passion for coffee and guest service
- friendly and outgoing personality
- knowledge of specialty coffee and beverages
- effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- positive and collaborative team player
Job Duties
- Craft quality beverages and food offerings
- deliver guest service
- support marketplace operations
- engage guests with product knowledge
- provide operational support including cashiering and stocking
- collaborate with team members and leadership to meet goals
- assist with merchandising and product presentation
