Job Requirements
- Valid food handler certificate within 30 days of start date
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, and be active during shifts
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintain food safety certifications as required
- positive and collaborative attitude
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- passion for coffee and guest service
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to food safety and proper food handling
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- valid Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain within 30 days
Job Duties
- Craft quality beverages and food offerings
- deliver guest service
- support marketplace operations
- engage guests by sharing knowledge of coffee and products
- provide operational support including cashiering and stocking
- collaborate with leadership and team members to achieve goals
- assist with merchandising and presentation of retail products
