Job Requirements

  • Valid food handler certificate within 30 days of start date
  • ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • ability to stand, walk, and be active during shifts
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to maintain food safety certifications as required
  • positive and collaborative attitude
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous barista or food service experience preferred
  • passion for coffee and guest service
  • friendly and outgoing personality
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to food safety and proper food handling
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • valid Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties

  • Craft quality beverages and food offerings
  • deliver guest service
  • support marketplace operations
  • engage guests by sharing knowledge of coffee and products
  • provide operational support including cashiering and stocking
  • collaborate with leadership and team members to achieve goals
  • assist with merchandising and presentation of retail products
