- Minimum 21 years of age
- prior experience in retail keyholder or supervisory role
- flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- friendly and outgoing demeanor
- ability to work morning and evening shifts
- open availability preferred

Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- support store operations from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- organize and present products to catch guests' attention
- assist in opening and closing the store
- monitor and maintain store cleanliness and appearance
- ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
