Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience as keyholder or supervisor
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Must be 21 or older for liquor sales
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Capability to stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, or crouch frequently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
- Strong merchandising skills with the ability to organize and present products effectively
- Friendly and outgoing personality that draws people in
- Ability to interact with guests of all ages effectively
- Must be at least 21 years old for liquor sales
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
