Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior retail or keyholder experience
ability to stand and walk frequently and perform occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching
ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
friendly and outgoing personality
flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role
strong customer service skills
ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of guests
merchandising and organizational skills
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
support store operations including cash handling and inventory management
ensure smooth daily operations for team members

respond proactively to guest needs and inquiries
