Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail experience
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
- flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be 21 years or older
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to handle money accurately
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to manage cash and basic inventory control
- merchandising knowledge and attention to detail
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- must be at least 21 years old for liquor sales
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
- engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
- support store operations including cash handling and managing inventory
- maintain organized and attractive merchandising displays
- assist with opening and closing the store procedures
- ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
