Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience in a leadership or keyholder capacity
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Availability for morning and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old for liquor sales
- Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively organize and merchandise products
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older for liquor sales
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- Assist in organizing and presenting merchandise to attract guest attention
- Collaborate with management to ensure seamless daily operations
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Flexibly work varying shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
