Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old for liquor sales
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk frequently, with occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to engage with guests of all ages
- Experience with merchandise presentation and organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 21 for liquor sales
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- Organize and present products attractively to catch guests' attention
- Assist in opening and closing the store
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
