Job Requirements

  • Must have prior retail supervisory or keyholder experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
  • Must have flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work morning and evening shifts
  • Open availability is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role
  • Strong merchandising skills with attention to product presentation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with guests of all ages
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must be 21 years or older for liquor sales

Job Duties

  • Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
  • Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
  • Support store operations, including cash handling and inventory management
  • Collaborate with management to maintain store standards
  • Assist in merchandising and product presentation
  • Ensure the safety and security of the store premises
  • Handle opening and closing procedures as assigned
