Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Prior keyholder or supervisory experience in retail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds regularly, and perform occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
  • Strong retail and merchandising skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages
  • Must be at least 21 years old for liquor sales

Job Duties

  • Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
  • Engage with guests in a lively and welcoming manner
  • Support store operations including cash handling and inventory management
  • Maintain organization and merchandising standards
