Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old for liquor sales
- prior retail supervisory or keyholder experience
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- open availability a plus
- capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role
- strong merchandising skills with attention to detail
- excellent customer service and communication abilities
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- age 21 or older for liquor sales
- physical capability to perform job duties
Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
- engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
- support store operations including cash handling and inventory management
- maintain organized and attractive merchandising displays
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- assist in training and mentoring new team members
- handle opening and closing responsibilities
