Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older due to liquor sales
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Previous retail supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and cash handling skills
- Open availability a plus
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role
- Strong merchandising skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to interact with guests of all ages

Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner
- Support store operations including cash handling and inventory management
- Maintain an organized and appealing merchandise presentation
- Assist management in daily store functions
- Ensure store policies and procedures are followed
- Uphold safety and security standards
