Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or supervisory roles
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk frequently as well as lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must be proactive and guest-focused

Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
- Organize and present merchandise to catch guests' attention and drive sales
- Collaborate with management to maintain store standards and resolve daily operational issues
- Train and mentor new team members to uphold company values and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
