Job Duties
- Act as a direct support for management team and execute with excellence
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others
- Act with integrity and serve as Manager On Duty in absence of store manager and assistant manager
- Efficiently process customer transactions and merchandise shelves
- Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities
- Collaborate with team members to create an engaging store environment
- Maintain store maintenance, loss prevention standards, and timely processing of product receipts
