Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Five to seven years of progressive sales and management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Job Duties

  • Increase sales and profitability for identified key accounts
  • Develop and execute sales goals and initiatives
  • Effectively execute marketing strategies for products and programs
  • Develop gross profit, distribution, pricing, brand feature, promotion, and execution plans for assigned key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel and top management
  • Educate customers on product benefits and terminology to improve sales or renew contracts
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-through on commitments
  • Work with the Channel Manager to prepare and submit sales reports
  • Collaborate with upper management to develop customer relationships
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the beer industry, including competitive opportunities and threats
  • Provide excellent, proactive customer service
  • Be a great communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Use tools such as VIP, Excel, iDig, Formstack, and other relevant software effectively
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
  • Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis
