Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- experience in restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems (preferred)
- completion of Alcohol Seller Training / Cash Handling training upon hire
- ability to function in a fast-paced, retail environment
- ability to work extended hours and/or rotating schedules
- ability to safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
- ability to constantly reach at waist, grasp
- frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic materials
- frequent standing and walking
- frequent exposure to wet and cold conditions
- occasional reaching at overhead, shoulder, knee, floor
- occasional bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, climbing stairs, pivoting, twisting, pushing/pulling with arms, pinching, performing fine motor movements, shoulder circumduction
- occasional exposure to heat, ambient temperatures, and loud noise
- ability to demonstrate the ability to lift 50 lbs, and manage in excess of 50 lbs
- partners must never lift beyond their own safe lifting limit, breaking down boxes or seeking assistance as needed
Job Qualifications

- working understanding of nutrition values and ingredients

- ability to handle guest feedback and resolve problems effectively
- ability to maintain a smile even when balancing multiple priorities
Job Duties
- Builds strong relationships with customers in varying situations
- takes orders from customers
- assists with menu / beverage selections, including alcoholic beverages
- provides detailed information on menu items and specials, and beer and wine
- serves food, drink, and products to guests
- processes cash, check, debit, and credit transactions accurately and quickly
- uses suggestive selling techniques / merchandises effectively to meet guest needs and build department sales
- interacts positively with customers in person, on the phone, or through technology
- assists with catering orders as needed
- addresses complaints
- resolves problems in a way that builds relationships
- models teamwork to ensure a great guest experience
- prepares, packages, merchandises product
- assists in technical areas as needed
