Job Duties
- provide exceptional service to guests
- control expenses including cash and inventory shortages
- maximize inventory sales and profits
- meet and exceed sales profit goals
- engage with customers in a positive and approachable manner
- maintain a clean and well-stocked store
- multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- unload and organize merchandise from delivery trucks
- stock and recover merchandise
- handle customer funds and process POS transactions
- ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
- perform other duties as assigned
