Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must pass a drug test
- ability to work flexible full-time hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand and walk up to 10 hours daily
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 55 lbs
- must be able to climb ladders and step stools
- capable of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- control store expenses, cash, and inventory shortages
- maximize inventory sales and profits
- meet and exceed sales profit goals
- assist in maintaining a clean and well-stocked store
- operate and use all store equipment
- handle cash and process transactions using the POS system
- unload, organize, and stock merchandise
- ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
- perform other duties as assigned
