- previous experience in a customer service role, veterinary, pet care, or hospitality preferred
- strong communication skills and a genuine love for animals
- ability to multitask in a busy environment while staying calm and courteous
- a positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- proficiency with scheduling software and computer systems is a plus

Job Duties
- welcome clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to email inquiries
- assist with check-ins and check-outs for boarding, grooming, and daycare services
- ensure accurate data entry in the reservation system and maintain updated records
- communicate clearly with clients regarding services, pricing, and pet needs
- collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- maintain a clean, organized front desk area
