Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain current food handlers card
- Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Available to work full-time with flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and physical movements
- Capacity to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Must work safely with sharp objects and cleaning chemicals
- Commitment to excellent customer service and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of food and cooking techniques
- Experience in supervisory roles preferred

Job Duties
- Assist in all kitchen operations under guidance of Chef/Manager
- Perform responsibilities of non-management kitchen positions including line cook duties
- Execute all kitchen opening and closing tasks
- Act as host during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee labor and food cost regulation
- Manage side work and cleaning duties
- Train kitchen staff
- Handle administrative tasks assigned by manager
- Address issues promptly and report to management
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain safety and adherence to company policies
- Work seasonally outdoors and indoors as required
