Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain current food handlers card
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • Available to work full-time with flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and physical movements
  • Capacity to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Must work safely with sharp objects and cleaning chemicals
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Assist in all kitchen operations under guidance of Chef/Manager
  • Perform responsibilities of non-management kitchen positions including line cook duties
  • Execute all kitchen opening and closing tasks
  • Act as host during shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • Oversee labor and food cost regulation
  • Manage side work and cleaning duties
  • Train kitchen staff
  • Handle administrative tasks assigned by manager
  • Address issues promptly and report to management
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain safety and adherence to company policies
  • Work seasonally outdoors and indoors as required
