Job Requirements
- obtain and maintain current food-handlers card
- previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
- available to work full time with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements

Job Duties
- assist in all kitchen operations under the guidance of the chef or manager
- perform responsibilities of non-management positions including line cook duties
- complete all opening and closing kitchen duties
- act as host to oversee smooth operation of the shift
- maintain excellent customer relations and provide excellent customer service
- regulate labor and food costs
- oversee side work and cleaning duties
- train kitchen staff
- perform administrative duties as assigned
- effectively deal with issues as they arise and report them to management
- ensure safety and compliance with company policies
