Job Requirements
- Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission
- Good, clean driving record
- Valid driver license
- Availability for full-time hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, vans, and hybrid models
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions
- Good, clean driving record
- Valid driver license
- Enthusiastic and motivated work ethic
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of work shift
- Ability to bend, twist, and kneel as required
Job Duties
- Moving and parking service vehicles as needed
- Communicating and providing superior customer service to service clients
- Directing service customers to the appropriate advisor
- Obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with check-in process
- Retrieving parts and supplies
- Operating snow removal equipment
- Washing exterior of vehicles
- Vacuuming interiors of vehicles
- Performing janitorial tasks to keep service drive clean and presentable
