Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- Ability to work in damp and high temperature environments indoors and minimally outdoors
- Work a five day workweek
- Must be 21 or over to enroll in 401K plan
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Completion and passing of Florida Responsible Vendor program
- Completion and passing of food safety certification program
Job Duties
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- Clean and set up tables for new guests in a timely manner
- Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware
- Remove trash and debris from bar and dining area floors
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, outside parking areas, patio areas, and waiting areas
- Ensure all high chairs and booster seats are sanitary
- Perform shift changes, opening and closing duties, and assigned sidework
