- obtain and maintain a Gaming License
- food handlers certified

- fluency in English speaking, writing, and comprehension

Job Duties
- Assist guests professionally and meet their needs
- coordinate food orders between kitchen and service staff for timely delivery
- verify plate accuracy before serving and ensure proper food presentation
- inspect dishes for quality, temperature, and portion standards
- communicate with chefs and servers to prioritize orders during peak times
- manage ticket times and adjust pacing based on guest needs
- arrange and garnish plates per outlet specifications
- monitor ticket queues and relay special requests to kitchen staff
- perform side work such as restocking, cleaning, and organizing dishware
- maintain a clean expediter area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- adhere to company policies and foster a collaborative team environment
- maintain a safe working environment and report unsafe conditions
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
