Job Requirements
- Knowledge normally acquired in the first two or three years in college or vocational school in Culinary Arts
- one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in food production and supervision
- supervisory responsibilities equivalent to those performed at the Sous Chef level in a full service food and beverage operation
- or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge normally acquired in the first two or three years in college or vocational school in Culinary Arts
- one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in food production and supervision
- supervisory responsibilities equivalent to those performed at the Sous Chef level in a full service food and beverage operation
- five years progressive food service experience
- one year of kitchen oversight experience
- two years culinary services degree preferred
- two years experience in interactive guest service
Job Duties
- Implement and assist in menu creation
- manage ordering and maintain production logs
- prepare a variety of foods for basketball teams and staff
- lead daily food production
- accommodate recruit visits and produce pre-game meals
- arrange special meals catering to athletics schedules
- open and/or close kitchen depending on operational needs
