Job Requirements

  • Knowledge normally acquired in the first two or three years in college or vocational school in Culinary Arts
  • one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in food production and supervision
  • supervisory responsibilities equivalent to those performed at the Sous Chef level in a full service food and beverage operation
  • or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge normally acquired in the first two or three years in college or vocational school in Culinary Arts
  • one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in food production and supervision
  • supervisory responsibilities equivalent to those performed at the Sous Chef level in a full service food and beverage operation
  • five years progressive food service experience
  • one year of kitchen oversight experience
  • two years culinary services degree preferred
  • two years experience in interactive guest service

Job Duties

  • Implement and assist in menu creation
  • manage ordering and maintain production logs
  • prepare a variety of foods for basketball teams and staff
  • lead daily food production
  • accommodate recruit visits and produce pre-game meals
  • arrange special meals catering to athletics schedules
  • open and/or close kitchen depending on operational needs
