Job Requirements
- 1-2 years year of experience in manufacturing/production and/or food/beverage or related industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to read the English language (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP system (preferred)

Job Duties
- Operate and rotate as necessary between the stone mill, heat exchanger, and fermentation tanks
- Utilize ERP system to scan and consume ingredients as they are mixed in to the fermentation tank and declare the final mix as Report as Finished (RAF)
- Coordinate with other internal departments to determine ingredients necessary for production
- Assemble/Disassemble machinery consistent with daily production schedule
- Inspect security features and cleanliness of machinery before use (e.g., sensors, pumps, and valves)
- Review batch order overview information, such as consumption, returned material, and Report as Finished (RAF) quantity, escalate any production variance
- Documentation of daily ingredient usage and output
- Accurate documentation of specifications, batch taste, and escalate any deviations
- Report any issues regarding equipment malfunction, system errors, and downtime to management
- Ensure cleanliness of work area to maintain a safe work environment
- Model, reinforce, and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures, including wearing required PPE and following OSHA safety guidelines
- Perform weekly cycle count of raw materials assigned to the area
- Perform other duties as assigned
