Job Requirements
- 1-2 years year of experience in manufacturing/production and/or food/beverage or related industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends & holidays
- Ability to read the English language (preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP system (preferred)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years experience in manufacturing, production, or food/beverage or related industry preferred
- Knowledge of basic arithmetic including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ability to closely follow instructions and processes
- Strong attention to detail with ability to produce accurate and consistent data
- Demonstrate teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Operate and rotate as necessary between the stone mill, heat exchanger, and fermentation tanks
- Utilize ERP system to scan and consume ingredients as they are mixed into the fermentation tank and declare the final mix as Report as Finished (RAF)
- Coordinate with other internal departments to determine ingredients necessary for production
- Assemble/disassemble machinery consistent with daily production schedule
- Inspect security features and cleanliness of machinery before use (e.g., sensors, pumps, and valves)
- Review batch order overview information, such as consumption, returned material, and Report as Finished (RAF) quantity, escalate any production variance
- Documentation of daily ingredient usage and output
