Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to comply with sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties
- assist customers in finding products and providing helpful suggestions
- maintain merchandise displays, signage, and labels on the sales floor
- prepare and serve simple heat-and-eat food items using kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- operate cash register and process sales transactions
- manage inventory including stock replenishment and periodic stock counts
- resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
