Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years fine-dining or hotel pastry production experience
  • experience with handmade gelatos, sorbets, pastry, custards, and cookies
  • high school graduate or vocational training certificate, college degree preferred
  • strong knife skills
  • ability to read and execute prep lists and POS tickets
  • strong communication skills
  • punctual and reliable
  • ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • ServSafe certified

Job Duties

  • Prepare and produce handmade gelatos, sorbets, pastries, custards, and cookies
  • maintain quality and consistency of dessert items according to recipes and company standards
  • handle high-volume pastry production while ensuring attention to detail
  • support service team to meet guest needs and contribute to a positive dining experience
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all safety, sanitation, and food storage procedures
