Job Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of related experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel preferred
  • Active Food Handler’s Certificate
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States

  • Professional appearance and demeanor with composure in high-pressure situations
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest service
  • Active Food Handler’s Certificate
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Wash, polish, and handle dishware, glassware, and tools with precision and care
  • Assist with breakdown of dishwashing station, trash removal, and other end-of-shift duties as directed
  • Assist with opening setup and station stocking
  • Maintain stock and inventory of janitorial products and cleaning supplies
  • Sweep floors and mop as needed to maintain a clean, safe environment
  • Monitor and address spills or cleaning needs in front-of-house and back-of-house during service
  • Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
  • Prepare and replenish oshibori towels for guest use
  • Restock supplies for bar, service stations, and kitchen during service as directed
  • Support overall service flow by assisting with clearing and resetting tables discreetly
