Job Duties
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods
- break down goods and clean all equipment and areas
- return equipment to proper locations
- lock refrigerators and doors
- restock items and set up work areas
- maintain cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
- practice clean-as-you-go procedures
- follow all company safety and security policies
- report accidents and unsafe conditions
- complete safety training
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
