- at least 1 year of related work experience

Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
- issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, tables, and tools
- prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- process all payment methods and manage cash bank
- secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
- complete closing duties and follow safety policies
