Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coaches and corrects team members
- conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintains a clean restaurant environment by performing general housekeeping duties
- assigns and follows up on shift duties
- directs team to ensure food items meet brand, company, and health department standards
- coaches team on food preparation and production management
- cascades relevant information and assists with new product training
- places campaign materials as requested
- assures product quality, food safety, and operational standards compliance
- monitors cash, sales, and inventory records during shifts
- completes required paperwork and communicates discrepancies
- performs administrative duties in absence of Restaurant Manager
- guarantees a safe environment for team and guests
- completes incident reports promptly
- partners with Restaurant Manager to ensure financial and operational metrics are met
