Job Duties

  • Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
  • coaches and corrects team members
  • conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
  • maintains a clean restaurant environment by performing general housekeeping duties
  • assigns and follows up on shift duties
  • directs team to ensure food items meet brand, company, and health department standards
  • coaches team on food preparation and production management
  • cascades relevant information and assists with new product training
  • places campaign materials as requested
  • assures product quality, food safety, and operational standards compliance
  • monitors cash, sales, and inventory records during shifts
  • completes required paperwork and communicates discrepancies
  • performs administrative duties in absence of Restaurant Manager
  • guarantees a safe environment for team and guests
  • completes incident reports promptly
  • partners with Restaurant Manager to ensure financial and operational metrics are met
  • lives company values of teamwork, integrity, ownership, and competitive spirit
