Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- related experience is preferred
- serve safe certification is preferred
- ability to stand in hot places all day long

- knowledge of baking equipment and ingredients

- previous culinary experience
- solid display of safe handling knife skills
- ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

- ability to remain balanced under pressure
Job Duties
- measure and mix ingredients such as flour, flavorings, and fruit to create pastries
- cut and decorate pastries and tortes with icing designs using various tools
- continuously create new pastry designs and recipes
- clean and sanitize the shop, work stations, and equipment
- understand orders clearly and execute tasks efficiently
- attend departmental meetings and follow handbook policies
- deliver high quality work and maintain guest service standards
