- Must be 21 years or older
- hold a high school diploma or GED
- absolute flexibility in scheduling
- ability to respond on short notice
- reside or be willing to relocate within a 2-hour driving radius of Edison, NJ base
- ability to pass 6-week initial training
- physical ability to perform flight attendant duties

Job Duties
- Maintain mission readiness during on-call periods
- report to the airport within a two-to-three-hour window when called
- integrate into various crew configurations quickly
- execute safety protocols across multiple aircraft types
- deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
- manage sudden itinerary changes and irregular operations
- perform complex meal service and passenger care
